Position Summary:
We’re looking for driven Account Managers, who will be responsible for end-to-end delivery management, client engagement, and stakeholder coordination across Implementation Partners, ensuring quality execution and long-term partnerships.
💡 What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in delivery and Account Management for Implementation Clients
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in IT staffing on Contractual Staffing
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions without compromising quality
- Comfortable working with cross-functional and cross-time-zone teams
✨ What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a day‑to‑day SPOC for clients, hiring managers & SI division
- Manage requirement intake, prioritization & timelines
- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned accounts
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure quality submissions & smooth workflows
- Provide regular status updates, pipeline visibility & insights
