Customer Success Manager

As an N2S Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Fortune 500 accounts, understanding their staffing requirements, and ensuring the successful placement of qualified candidates. You will play a crucial role in building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth and success of N2S

Location: Remote from South Africa

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the single POC for our Fortune 500 clients and candidates
• Build long-term client partnerships to understand their challenges and provide solution.
• Maximize market share with a client to make us their trusted staffing supplier.
• Qualify new job orders and work with the delivery lead for better coverage and support.
• Present candidates to Hiring Managers and follow up for feedback .
• Coordinate with Client to schedule candidate interviews and onboarding.
• Coordinate with recruiting team including screening, orientation, and placement of candidates.
• Use CRM/ATS (Job Diva) to manage activities.
• Constant communication with clients to build rapport and to obtain critical information including, job descriptions, must have, good to have.
• Contact candidates to get the best talent for the open job and ensure to speak to them before presenting to the client.
• Present weekly reports to client and internal stakeholders at N2S for progress.

Qualifications:

• Must have 3-5 years of overall experience in the Staffing & Recruiting Industry with hands on recruiting experience and exposure of client communication.
• Any experience working with a Hybrid/Offshore delivery model will be a plus.
• Proven experience in staffing, recruiting & client communication, supporting clients from a supplier side.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency - intermediate to advanced), additional language expertise is a plus
