Referral Policy

To strengthen our team with the best professionals, we are offering a referral bonus for successful candidate referrals. By referring talented individuals who align with our vision, you not only help us build a stronger workforce but also earn a rewarding bonus as a token of our appreciation. 1. Referral Bonuses for Hourly Contract Roles

Referral bonuses are one time and determined based on the referred candidate's pay rate, as outlined below:

  • $100 for placements with a pay rate below $25 per hour.
  • $200 for placements with a pay rate between $25 and less than $50 per hour.
  • $500 for placements with a pay rate between $50 and less than $100 per hour.
  • $1000 for placements with a pay rate equal and above $100 per hour.

2. Referral Bonuses for Full-Time Placements

For referrals that lead to full-time placements, bonuses are based on the candidate’s annual base salary:

  • $500 for placements with an annual base salary up to $100,000.
  • $750 for placements with an annual base salary equal and above $100,000.

3. Incentives for Candidate Involvement in Interview Prep and Screening

In appreciation of existing Net2Source candidates who assist in preparing other candidates for interviews or conduct first-level screenings, we offer a $50 gift card. Eligible candidates include active Net2Source consultants or those who have worked with us in the past.

Referral Process and Conditions

  • Payment Terms: Referral bonuses will be issued 90 days after the referred candidate’s start date, provided that the candidate remains active for those 90 days.
  • Documentation: Referrals must be submitted via email with the candidate’s details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Resume, Phone).

 

Please send referral resumes to Referral@net2source.com for inclusion in our database. Resumes should be submitted in either PDF or Word format.

Note: If a resume is already present in our database, it will not be considered as a new submission.
