The ideal candidate will be fluent in Russian and English, with a strong background in the recruitment and contract staffing industry. A proven track record of driving business growth and building strong client relationships is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand business opportunities.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to deliver top-tier talent.
  • Drive revenue through consultative selling and tailored staffing solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written)
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in staffing/recruitment
  • Strong negotiation and communication skill
