VP - MSP Sales & Strategic Relationships

Net2Source seeks a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of MSP Sales & Strategic Relationships to lead and grow Managed Service Provider (MSP) partnerships and drive strategic initiatives for our staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-value client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue growth in the staffing industry.

💼  Key Responsibilities (not limited to)

Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand MSP partnerships across the US.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, targeting, and securing new MSP accounts.
  • Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Build and manage a high-performance sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.

Strategic Relationship Management

  • Foster strong relationships with existing MSP partners to enhance client satisfaction and expand business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key MSP accounts, resolving issues and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and account management.
  • Identify market trends and client's needs to inform service offerings and strategic initiatives.

Market Expansion and Innovation

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new business opportunities within the MSP channel.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to develop value-driven sales propositions and client solutions.

Team Collaboration and Leadership

  • Lead and mentor sales and account management teams focused on MSP partnerships.
  • Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity within the team.
  • Provide regular performance reports for executive leadership, highlighting sales progress and market insights.

📝  Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience in MSP sales, strategic account management, or business development within the staffing industry.
  • Demonstrated success in growing and managing large-scale MSP relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Experience leading and managing sales teams, focusing on performance management and professional development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision.
