Customer Success Specialist

Net2Source is seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Service Specialist to join our team in Guatemala City.

The Client Service Specialist is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and account growth. This role acts as the main point of contact between clients and the organization, coordinating internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives and uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships built on trust and performance.
  • Drive client satisfaction by ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of staffing solutions aligned with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and deliver consistent, effective service.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and feedback sessions with clients to ensure continued alignment and satisfaction.
  • Manage client escalations with urgency and professionalism, providing solutions that reinforce trust and reliability.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop client strategies, renewal plans, and service improvement initiatives.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer success roles.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in the staffing or workforce solutions industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
