Director of BD - EOR/AOR/IC Compliance Sales

Net2Source is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by leveraging your extensive network of leads and converting them to profitable business opportunities. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in UK, EMEA, APAC and Middle East region.

📍  Location: Anywhere in the US (Remote) 
📝  Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote N2S’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Building out your own sales funnel to ensure predictable forecasting.
  • Provide after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
💼  Qualifications
  • 10+ years of proven working experience as a Senior Business Development/VP Sales or equivalent.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Bringing a network is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the HCM market: staffing and recruitment, AOR/EOR, Payroll.
  • Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills.
