Business Development Manager
The BDM will be responsible for developing new client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and identifying opportunities in the UK for contract, permanent, and project-based staffing services. This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the UK recruitment landscape and MSP/vendor ecosystem.
📍 United Kingdom (Remote/Hybrid/London – as applicable)
💼 Key Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to acquire new clients in the UK staffing and recruitment space.
- Identify decision-makers within target accounts and build long-term strategic relationships.
- Position Net2Source's services (Contingent Staffing, RPO, SOW, Direct Sourcing, EOR/AOR) as solutions to clients' workforce challenges.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and negotiate terms with HR, procurement, and talent acquisition leaders.
- Leverage existing industry connections to penetrate new accounts across verticals such as IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Professional Services.
- Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful onboarding and performance of placed candidates.
- Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate CRM documentation.
- Represent Net2Source at staffing conferences, client meetings, and industry events across the UK.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience in the UK staffing industry, preferably with exposure to MSP/VMS environments.
- Proven track record of acquiring and growing enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of UK employment practices, labor market trends, and recruitment regulations.
- Ability to pitch across stakeholders – from hiring managers to C-level executives.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global organization.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa).
- Exposure to global workforce solutions (RPO, EOR, SOW).
- Knowledge of regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Energy is a plus.
