Our Account managers are responsible for developing strong client and talent relationships, providing employee relations support, and creating expansion within the account. The account manager oversees assigned direct hiring assignments to ensure that work is completed to the client's satisfaction and within stated timeframes and budget; works collaboratively with the delivery lead; provide excellent customer service with clients; develops and maintains effective relationships within and between the talent and client team. The account manager provides reports, budgets, invoices, and staff evaluations within stated timeframes. Account managers also track and manage contingent staff assignments, including extensions, end dates, early ends, etc. The account manager is the primary contact for all employee relations questions and issues.

  • Fully own and manage Recruiting Operations, identifying needs, determining solutions, and integrating tools and processes to create an optimal recruitment experience not limited to:
  • Setting up Recruitment KPIโ€™s
  • Review Performance on Weekly/Monthly Basis
  • Resolve Employee Issues and address Challenges
  • Building Productivity Matrix/etc
  • Creating a plan of action to better the results
  • Partner with Business Unit Heads to build and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to showcase recruiting progress, challenges, and key metrics, and gather insights to inform strategy.
  • Manage multiple programs by helping create annual strategies, supporting recruitment efforts, and serving as a go-to resource to the organization.
  • Hold team accountable for high levels of service through success metrics and goals; manage and escalate organizational risks and issues as appropriate
๐Ÿ“  Eligibility
  • 15+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations environment with a proven, reputable track record of building/scaling operations programs and teams focused on Talent Acquisition
  • 10+ years of experience managing and leading a global team in a Recruiting Operations function in US Staffing Operations
  • Experience with Job Diva is preferred
  • Is able to operate within a global context when considering new technologies, processes, problem-solving, etc.
  • Ability to effectively drive efficiencies through technologies, processes, and workflows
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all kinds of people and understand, actively listen, and relay information to others
  • Ability to effectively balance immediate demands and create long-term investments, growth strategies, and roadmaps
  • Effective management style, including a strong collaborative team environment with high employee engagement
