Job Title: Senior Healthcare Recruiter
Experience: 2 Years– 5 Years

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential candidates based on job requisitions provided by our Fortune 500 Healthcare Clients
  2. Conduct the initial screening to determine suitability and interest of Candidates and provide the Candidates with information on the position and our respective client.
  3. Manage and coordinate interviews between candidates and Hiring Manager
  4. Extend best possible pay rate offers of employment to candidates in consultation with the Hiring Managers and within the guidelines of Company s Compensation policy.
  5. Ensure all proper paperwork and documentation is completed for all Candidates throughout the sourcing process.
  6. Manage and coordinate all communication with Candidates throughout the Recruitment, Selection and Hiring Cycle.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders including Hiring Managers.
  8. Gathering requirements for consultants from Tier – 1 Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking techniques
  9. Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them 

Requirements:

  1. 2 – 5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting for core Healthcare Client’s
  2. 2+ years hands-on experience in recruiting Registered Nurses and Occupational Therapists.
  3. An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, relationship management with due integrity
  4. Knowledge and use of ATS
  5. Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/wide range of positions.
  6. Demonstrated ability to recruit for the US market.
  7. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  8. Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases.
  9. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and the use of email.
  10. Must be consistent in preparing & submitting daily/weekly reports to senior management
  11. Must be able to achieve monthly and annual recruiting targets set by the company.
