Global TA Lead


• Minimum 8+ years in Talent Acquisition or related experience
• At least 3+ year in a management role; must be able to mentor and motivate direct reports and non-direct reports
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to quickly establish positive relationships with others
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strategic focus and shift priorities as needed while addressing primary tactical needs
• Technically savvy with demonstrated knowledge of best practices with applicant tracking systems and Excel
• Ability to interpret metrics and make appropriate recommendations
• Effective organizational skills, project management, and people management
• Deep understanding of recruiting systems and platforms
• Demonstrated track record of success in delivering results, navigating across a large-scale, fast-paced, complex enterprise
• Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, HRIS systems similar to UKG, Interpersonal skills, Communication, Problem-solving skill, Executive Relationship building, Talent Acquisition, Immigration, Global Mobility
• Knowledge of Global Mobility & Immigration policies and processes

• Create and define an innovative strategy that enables impactful and scalable hiring program
• Lead, develop, and implement best practices for hiring process design, recruiting tools/resources, sourcing techniques, employer brand development and leveraging data to adjust recruiting and Talent
• Create and implement key metrics and dashboards around Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Immigration performance and lead continuous improvement efforts
• Influence business leaders to drive process improvements on Global Talent Acquisition, Immigration, and Global Mobility to ensure that the organization achieves o9’s short and long-range goals and objectives
• Review and optimize global recruitment processes and programs with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Must focus on achieving the most appropriate and successful sourcing and selection resources for highly qualified and diverse talent
• Must be able to implement and sustain the organizational talent pipeline that ensures future talent needs are being met for key organizational jobs/roles
• Implements policy revisions and/or new policies through a planned communication or education session
• Develops, implements, and evaluates network policies and procedures on recruitment, testing, selection, and job placement and career placement counseling.
• Organizational Development, identifies, administers and evaluates applicant tests
• Promotes team development through staff meetings, education, performance appraisals and identification of mutual goals to enhance continued professional growth
• Implement and manage a recruitment strategy framework
• Build and guide an overall strategy for attracting and closing candidates that optimizes the hiring process to ensure the quantity and quality of candidates
• Manage a global team that establishes an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates
• Oversee the correct alignment of resources and workflows to ensure successful hiring processes and administration
• Hire, onboard, coach, and manage performance of the Talent Acquisition team; hold team accountable for best practices of recruitment and metrics; set benchmarks for performance
• Partner with Marketing team to oversee employment brand efforts on social media
• Work closely with Human Resources team to ensure alignment on business priorities
• Maintain strong consultative partnerships and relationships with managers and leaders’ system wide
• Provides guidance related to team priorities, works to eliminate barriers and coaches for development
• Partner with, and build relationships with local colleges and universities to increase campus recruitment opportunities in countries where we do not have those programs in place
• Provides regular updates to stakeholders on the status of requisitions, recruitment market insights and strategies to ensure performance metrics are met
