Global Inside Sales Specialist


  • Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of staffing industry sales experience for selling contingent labor services nationwide
  • Have a love for people and building long-lasting relationships
  • Must have very strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • CRM experience with Salesforce (preferred)
  • Strong personal and proven sales ability, including b2b sales prospecting, b2b lead generation, objection management, and closing skills required
  • Must be able to work remotely with minimal supervision to achieve set targets and goals
  • Must have the ability to be flexible and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be proficient with cold calling, email marketing, social media selling
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills

  • You should be resourceful and like to research everything, Google is your best friend
  • Must be well versed with email marketing, lead generation, demand forecasting, market research, social media selling, sales enablement, sales funnel building, cold calling, LinkedIn reach out.
  • Must have knowledge of the basis lead generation tools and processes
  • Have an insatiable thirst to be successful, drive to be the best, and motivation to make it all happen

Skills And Responsibilities

  • This is your chance to build your own book of business by building strong leads pipeline
  • Develop and qualify leads to drive sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
  • Identify key targets for calls and business development opportunities
  • Making a high volume of calls and email follow up to new prospects within the existing database
  • Understand customer needs and requirements for the territory assigned
  • Complete supplier registrations on the client website
  • Schedule calls and set up meetings with decision makers and influencers
  • Must have knowledge for all social media and marketing tools for gathering prospect information
  • Research companies utilizing the web and other research tools available to qualify and identify new leads
  • Utilize social media tools to support lead generation and market research
  • Gather and utilize information on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.


  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within assigned territory.
  • Update all tasks in the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Help with RFP/RFI tasks by studying the market and the client needs
