Job Responsibilities:

  • Directly working with our client POC’s
  • Hands-on requirement gathering from respective POC’s
  • Manage Client POC & Candidate Relationship
  • Team Management when requirements volume increases
  • Hands-on with Sourcing & Recruiting
  • Keeping company ATS System updated with Open & Closing of Jobs, Internal & External Submissions, Candidates & Client POC’s Note &
  • Generating Interview Request
  • Posting Jobs on Company ATS & Social Media Platform like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed or any freely available social platform
  • Recruits, Interviews, and Selects qualified candidates through evaluating the candidate’s qualifications and education; based on the client’s requirements

Required Skills:

  • Candidate should be an excellent recruiter with Capability and Skills to become an Account/Client Servicing Manager. No prior experience in
  • Account/Client Mgmt. required
  • Ability to Work Independently or with Minimal Supervision
  • Ability to meet the tight Deadlines and Perform Under Pressure
  • Utilizes “pinpoint” recruiting techniques to identify passive candidates
  • Develops and carries out recruiting strategies and processes
  • Experience using sourcing tools, such as Job Diva, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn etc

Must Need:

  • 3-5 Years of Hands-on experience working with System Implementation (SI’s) Client
  • ONLY those recruiters who have past experience working with USC & GC for System Integrators (SI’s) will be given preference
  • We need someone who has a tendency to remain on call and take candidates/consultants insight
  • We are NOT CONSIDERING candidates who believe in the mass mailing (either Bench Companies or Candidates using ATS or Mass Mail Tool) and then sit & wait for any positive response to come and then submit respective candidate(s)
  • Must have excellent communication skills and client facing personality
  • Must be willing to work hands-on as a recruiter
  • Must be Self-Managed and Disciplined
  • Must be Highly Motivated to be the best amongst the Rest
