Founder & CEO
Ashish has always believed in the fact that there is nothing more powerful than employees passion and initiative to make customers and consultants happy to spark long-lasting word of mouth about Net2Source as a brand. Ashish came up with Net2Source a decade back with a vision and has transformed it into a successful entity. He strongly believes in – Success is a team sport. Ashish has been successful in creating a culture-first organization. He visualized to build an organization which is a magnet for talented individuals; an organization with a diverse culture that encourages everyone to do what they love doing – “Finding the Purple Squirrel”. Ashish’s management style is extremely accessible and he is a very hands-on administrator and leader.
Chief Operating Officer
James Lucier is Chief Operating Officer for Net2Source, a global leader in talent and workforce solutions.
As COO, Jim is responsible for building a customer-driven growth engine, executing go-to-market strategies, and driving client growth and success, while connecting it to the financial performance of Net2Source. He leads by example and is a hands-on practitioner, collaborating with every area of the organization, simplifying the way Net2Source works to better serve its clients.
Jim recognizes that clients have many choices but may need help to make the best, most well-informed decisions. He embraces the transparency needed to build trust and valued partnerships. Jim consults with client executives and leaders of Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, Diversity and IT, to develop customized talent engagement and workforce management strategies for the Fortune 500 and Forbes Global 2000.
A respected industry thought leader, Jim is a frequent presenter on topics related to the constantly evolving new world of work through organizations such as Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), ProcureCon, and marcusevans. He also leads the Net2Source World of Work Tour, hosting informative and thought-provoking roundtable discussions with clients and market leaders around the world.
Senior Director – Global Delivery Operations
Result oriented business leader with high strategic and financial acumen of 22+ years experience in developing and managing multi-location teams. The fostered environment of Ideation & Innovation to challenge Status-quo alongside talent development, robust succession planning and performance management. Experience in deploying Robotics and Automation across my teams and achieve real savings. Proven track record of setting up the new business, ramping up existing business and deploying appropriate delivery models: Client anchored or Shared Services Models. Extensive experience of partnering with Global teams across North America, Canada and Europe and deploying LEAN and Robotics Automation across domains.
Senior Vice President – Sales
Chris Helms comes to Net2Source as the Senior Vice President of Sales with over 20 years of staffing experience. In this role, Chris is responsible for overseeing the strategic initiatives and business development efforts for Net2Source’s sales operations. Prior to his current role, Chris held a number of sales, sales management, and executive leadership positions with a variety of companies ranging from start-ups to fortune 100 organizations assisting them with growing sales organizations, building sales and recruiting training platforms, and leading the efforts to help companies achieve their annual sales goals. Chris prides himself and his sales teams on the philosophy of “treat every client like they are your ONLY client.”
Chris resides in Atlanta, GA and is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelors in Business Management. He spends his free time as an active leader with the local Boy Scouts of America council , little league baseball and basketball coach, and is an avid golfer.
Vice President – Staffing Sales
John Manukian is working as a Vice President of Staffing Sales, based out of Dallas Fort Worth Area. John is a Bachelor of Science Graduate from California State University, Fresno with over 30 years of experience in selling Staffing Services, Software Solutions, MSP, SoW and SAS Solutions. As a Vice President, John is responsible for leading the development of new clients, providing strategic staffing solutions and managed services nationally. John has worked with organizations like CDI Corp., Fusion Solutions, First Consulting Group etc. to grow revenue and profitability, build effective strategies, foster exemplary customer service, and inspire a high-intensity, entrepreneurial environment.
Vice President – Business Development
Benjamin Lampani is an experienced business Leader with a demonstrated history of working in the recruiting industry. He is highly skilled in Sales management as well as Contingent, Retained and Consulting searches in the areas of Technology, Creative and Executive.
He is highly experienced in managing large and small firms with multiple vertices and multiple locations, Considered an SME in Business Scaling, P&L Management, Training, Implementation of Business processes, Best practices, Sales methodologies and Go to market strategies for both publicly and privately held firms.
Associate Vice President – Sales
Preet Sohi is a Business Development strategist who builds strong, dedicated client relationships and partnerships that are built on trust. She is an executive with an entrepreneurial spirit who leads companies to growth and market differentiation with a record of generating new business opportunities and developing lucrative partnerships. She has a proven track record of implementing the necessary business development strategies to accomplish breakthrough sales objectives while creating unique market-entry strategies, managing business relationships, building credibility, and establishing an immediate rapport with potential clients.
Preet is a passionate role model and an advocate for women empowerment, who also is a motivated educator for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Director – Client Delivery
Pradeep has been working with Net2Source since 2007 and has had a distinguished career with the organization. Starting his career at the recruiter level, Pradeep has grown and managed several important portfolios during his tenure such Recruitment Manager, Head Delivery Recruitment and Vice President Delivery Services. Prior to Net2Source Pradeep worked with FCS Software Solutions as Manager Recruitment, Vegazva (Formerly known as GEA) as General Manager Operations and Betasoft Systems as Business Unit Head.
In his current role, Pradeep is the Director Client Delivery for Net2Source and responsible for providing Delivery support to multiple clients. Pradeep has completed his Master’s Degree in Business Management & Information Technology from Asia Pacific Institute in New Delhi and graduation in Commerce from Kurukshetra University.
Manish Goyal has been instrumental in managing Operations team for Net2Source. He is carrying overall more than 10 years of experience in Staffing Industry and has a responsibility for providing strategic oversight and senior management support for operations, sourcing and procurement, performance monitoring, staffing and recruitment, training and professional development. He has a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from CIT and Master’s degree in Marketing and Financial Services. His ability to get things done makes him approachable and one of the finest leaders at Net2Source.
Vimal Khandelwal is a strategic thinker and passionate people leader having experience in organisation strategic planning, practicing, directing, transforming various human capital management initiatives. He comes with diversified experience in people relationship, talent acquisition, leadership development, change management, organization development, engagement & communication. There has never been a case where he was unsuccessful in achieving a relationship and bringing it to closure with Net2Source agreements. He has the ability to quickly assess what the other side is thinking in a negotiation process.He is very quick in judging, probing and finding out the client’s needs. Vimal brings mature solid leadership and business-focused problem-solving to everything he approaches.
