Vice President. Business Development
John Manukian is the Regional Vice President of Business Development for Net2Source. As a Regional Vice President, John is responsible for leading the development of new clients, providing strategic staffing solutions and managed services nationally. John works closely with Management and the CEO to align our services and corporate goals to meet workforce requirement of our clients. A staffing services executive with extensive sales leadership, and hands-on experience, John has worked within the organizations to grow revenue and profitability, build effective strategies, foster exemplary customer service, and inspire a high-intensity, entrepreneurial environment.
John is a broad-gauged visionary with exceptional initiative and record of accomplishment in organizations ranging from start-up to multi-million dollar, multi-national companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from the California State University of Fresno.
Vice President, Business Development
Ajeta (AJ) is VP of Sales at Net2Source. Ajeta has studied Management Development Programme and Field Of Study Customer Relationship Management from IIM, Ahmedabad. She is very conscientious and diligent in her approach. Her understanding the nuances of the technology is impeccable. She is highly efficient and supportive.
Director, Client Delivery
Pradeep has been working with Net2Source since 2007 and has had a distinguished career with the organization. Starting his career at the recruiter level, Pradeep has grown and managed several important portfolios during his tenure such Recruitment Manager, Head Delivery Recruitment and Vice President Delivery Services. Prior to Net2Source Pradeep worked with FCS Software Solutions as Manager Recruitment, Vegazva (Formerly known as GEA) as General Manager Operations and Betasoft Systems as Business Unit Head. In his current role, Pradeep is the Director Client Delivery for Net2Source and responsible for providing Delivery support to multiple clients. Pradeep has completed his Master’s Degree in Business Management & Information Technology from Asia Pacific Institute in New Delhi and graduation in Commerce from Kurukshetra University.

Asst. Vice President, Sales
Sonalika is working as an Assistant Vice President – Sales with Net2Source Inc. She has been working in the IT sales industry since 2005. Over her 12+ years in the industry, she has worked with various product companies such as Adobe, Oracle, Dell and Sigma Solutions catering to global markets including USA, Europe, and Australia. She has been a consistent performer and has achieved several awards and recognitions across her stint for achieving goals surpassing sales results. She is definitely a go-getter and creative problem solver.
Asst. Vice President, Finance
A business graduate from Delhi University, holds a strong experience in finance and accounting. He is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the activities of financial, technology and business transformation operations across US region. He builds finance control systems that monitor company’s financial health. He is an insightful professional focusing on supremacy in results with healthy clientele liaising of the organization.
Manish Goyal has been instrumental in managing Admin and Operations team for Net2Source. He is carrying overall more than 10 years of experience in Staffing Industry and has a responsibility for providing strategic oversight and senior management support for operations, sourcing and procurement, performance monitoring, staffing and recruitment, training and professional development. He has a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from CIT and Master’s degree in Marketing and Financial Services. His ability to get things done makes him approachable and one of the finest leaders at Net2Source.
Vikas Kapoor is working as a Business Head with Net2Source Inc. He has been part of the industry since 2008, he has the mantra to win the faith & confidence of his team as well as his clients. He places integrity and intelligence at first, with his approach of a savvy and bright businessman. He is responsible for the management of sales and relationships at his clients, who also serves as the interface between the customer service, the sales team and the delivery(Recruiting) team. He maintains vendor relations by providing on-going communication and problem resolution for internal and external employee conflicts and deficiencies. He consistently evaluates client base and future business opportunities to ensure and validate an efficient strategy, growth and profitability.
